How our pricing works.
The plain-language version. Your written service agreement has the final word, and we'll walk through it with you before you sign.
1. What the monthly price covers
One bill for the tools, texting, AI use and upkeep for your system, up to your plan's amount. It covers the phone number, texting and carrier fees, carrier registration in your business's name, AI usage and the automation behind it. It does not cover software you already pay for, like your booking system, CRM, website or phone carrier.

Setup is paid when you sign. It covers carrier registration, building and testing. AI Phone Answering costs more to set up because scripting and testing the agent take real work.
3. Minimum, then month to month
Three months, then month to month. No exit fee after that.
4. Pay a year, get two months free
Prepay 12 months for the price of 10.
5. Winter pause
Slow season? Pause up to five months a year for $29 a month. That keeps your number and registration alive, and restarting is free.
6. Going over your amount
Nothing shuts off. We text you when you reach 80 percent, and extra use is billed at the rates above. You can set a hard limit if you'd rather. If you go over two months in a row, we'll suggest the right plan. We never upgrade you without asking.
7. Pay once and own it
Prefer to own it outright? Pay the one-time price, half up front and half when it's live. It runs in accounts in your name, and you pay those software bills directly. It includes 30 days of fixes after it goes live. After that, upkeep is $49 a month per system, or $125 an hour for changes.
8. Who owns what
On monthly plans the tools run on our accounts so we can fix things fast. Your phone number, your customer list and everything we write for you, including scripts, prompts and templates, are yours.
9. Leaving
No exit fee after the minimum. Within five business days we move your number to you and hand over your contacts, history, scripts and a written rebuild guide. If you ask, we'll keep it running for 30 days so nothing drops. Rebuilding it in your own accounts is optional, at $250 per system.
10. The Readiness Check
$299, refunded in full if it doesn't find at least $299 of time or money, and credited toward the AI Operations Package.
11. Bigger setups
The AI Operations Package starts at $3,500 and Custom AI Builds start at $5,000. Both are scoped and priced in writing before we start, and ongoing care is quoted the same way.
12. Paying us
Card or bank transfer, billed monthly in advance. If a bill goes 15 days unpaid, we tell you first, then pause the service.
13. Cancelling
Email us before your next billing date at info@lakesregionai.com. No forms, and no calls to talk you out of it.
