AI that actually gets done.
Fixed-price AI setups for the businesses your town runs on. I find the one or two jobs eating your week, set them up with standard tools, and have them live in 14 days. You make one call and send one approval text.
How it works
Four steps, and the first one is free.
Free 20-minute chat
Bring your worst week. I ask where the hours go. If AI is not the answer, I will say so and we are done, at no charge.
AI Readiness Check
A short written brief: the two or three jobs eating your week, what to automate first, and what it is worth. $299, refunded if it does not find at least $299 of time or money.
Build the Quick Win
Choose from the menu. Fixed price, half up front and half when it is live. You approve every message before it talks to a customer.
It runs
You get a one-page “how to use it.” Two to four clicks is all it ever asks of you, and I stay reachable when something needs changing.
Your part: one call and one approval text. That is the whole commitment.
Pricing
Start small. Go as far as it pays.
Five ways in. Pick the smallest one that helps.
Founding clients · five spots
The first five get the full package for $2,995.
In exchange, I ask for a short written case study once it is working. Nothing is published without your say-so. When the five spots are taken, the price goes back to $3,500.
Straight promises
What you can count on.
Money back on the check
If the Readiness Check does not find at least $299 of time or money, you get all of it back.
Pay when it works
Quick Wins are paid half up front and half when the system is live and working.
You own it
Every account and document is in your name. Walk away any time with all of it.
We say no
If AI is not the answer, I will tell you. The chat costs nothing either way.
Built for a seasonal business
Winter is when you build. Memorial Day is when it pays.
Setups started this fall are live and tested before the season opens, so your first busy week is not the first time you find the holes.
Who you would be working with
Matt Alighieri. I live here.
For sixteen years I have built and run digital systems at companies like Apple, Pandora, and iHeartMedia, and today I teach non-technical teams to use AI for a living. The tools finally got good enough for a nine-person shop to use. Not many people around here are offering them at a fixed price with a finish date, so I am.
Straight answers
The questions everybody asks.
Do I need to be a computer person?
No. That is the job. You make one call and send one approval text, and I hand you a one-page guide. Each system asks for two to four clicks at most.
What do you build with?
Standard, widely used no-code tools, set up in accounts that are in your name. No custom software to maintain, and nothing that stops working if I am unavailable.
Will it sound like a robot to my customers?
You approve every message before it goes out, and you can rewrite it in your own words. Nothing talks to a customer until you have said yes.
What if my business does not need this?
Then I will tell you on the free chat, and you will not be charged for it.
What does “live in 14 days” mean?
Fourteen days from the day you approve the plan and pay the first half. By then the system is running and tested, and you have the guide.
Who owns it?
You do. Every account and document is in your name, so you can walk away with all of it.
Where are you based?
Laconia. I work in person around the Lakes Region and remotely for anywhere in New Hampshire.
Thirty minutes of your week is a lot. Twenty is all I need.
Bring your worst week. I will tell you what I would fix first, and what it would cost.
