What we set up

Six ways AI can fix a real week.

Simple systems that take the repetitive jobs off your plate, live in 14 days, and a bigger package when you want several working together. Everything runs in your words.

Built for contractors, restaurants, inns, marinas, salons, shops and auto. If AI isn't the answer for you, we'll say so.

Businesses already doing this

Businesses that got their hours back with AI.

These businesses have embraced AI and use it today to earn back their own time and their employees' time. They are not Lakes Region AI clients, and these are not our results. Each is retold here in plain words, with what the same idea could look like at a shop around the lake.

Operations

The paperwork reader

Elsewhere: An equipment distributor was typing details from supplier invoices by hand, and every invoice looked different. A service now reads the different layouts and fills in the data.

Around here: A contractor's or marina's supplier bills land in a spreadsheet without anyone typing them in.

Marketing

The "what are customers saying" note

Elsewhere: A bank's marketing team used a tool to see what its audience cared about before choosing which offers to send to whom.

Around here: A short monthly note for a restaurant, inn or shop on what customers praise, what they complain about, and what to promote next.

Sales

The lead finder

Elsewhere: Investment firms had to hunt for companies worth a conversation. A search tool now finds and groups companies by what they actually do, so the team starts with a short list.

Around here: A short weekly list of local businesses and past customers worth a call, so you spend your time on the right ones.

Customer records

The "who is drifting away" flag

Elsewhere: An online gaming company watched how each player behaved and flagged the ones likely to stop playing, so it could reach out to the right people.

Around here: Your customer list flags the regulars who haven't been back in a while, and sends a friendly note in your words.

Why Lakes Region AI

Big-company know-how, set up by a neighbor.

You could hire a national agency, try it yourself in ChatGPT, or ask the nephew who's good with computers. Here's what's different.

  • Fixed price, finish date. The price is written down before we start, and Quick Wins are live in 14 days. You pay half up front and half when it goes live.
  • It takes the chores, not the people. Your crew keeps the judgment calls and the customer relationships. The system handles the reminders, follow-ups and after-hours texts nobody wants to do.
  • Done for you. Your part is one call and one approval text. You get a one-page guide, and we stay reachable when something needs changing.
  • Yours to keep. Your number, your customer list and everything we write for you are yours. Walk away any time and take all of it.
  • Local, with real experience. We're based in Laconia, led by Matt Alighieri, who spent sixteen years building digital systems at Apple, Pandora, iHeartMedia and Townsquare Media.

    A plan in writing

  3. 03

One fixed price, half up front and half when it's live. You approve how it talks, and we walk your team through it, so the people using it every day are part of the setup.

    It runs, and it's yours

It runs in your own accounts, and your number and data are yours. A Care plan is there if you want us to keep it running.

Your part: one call and one approval text.

Prices

Start small. Go as far as it pays.

Every price is fixed and written down before we start. No hourly billing.

    Built for a seasonal business

While the lake's quiet, let's get you ready.

Summer is too busy to fix anything. Set it up this fall and winter, and it's working before Memorial Day.

    Who you'd be working with

Led by Matt Alighieri. Based in Laconia.

Matt has spent sixteen years building and running digital systems at companies like Apple, Pandora, iHeartMedia and Townsquare Media, and today he teaches non-technical teams to use AI for a living.

The tools finally got good enough that a nine-person shop can use them too. So that's the whole business: we find the two or three jobs eating your week, set up something that handles them, and show your people how to use it.

    • Plain language. If we can't explain it at your counter in two minutes, we won't build it.
    • We say no. If AI isn't the answer, we'll tell you, and the conversation is free.

    Straight answers

    Questions owners ask.

    Will this replace my staff?

No. It takes the repetitive jobs off their plate, like chasing quotes and answering the same questions. We set it up with the people who'll use it, so it works the way they already work.

Do I need to be good with computers?

No. Your part is one call and one approval text. You get a one-page guide, and nothing asks more than two to four clicks of you.

Will it sound like a robot?

It sounds like you. Every message is written in your words, and you approve it before it ever goes to a customer.

    Who owns it?

You do. It runs in your own accounts, and your phone number, customer list and everything we write for you are yours. You pay your own software bills directly, and 30 days of fixes are included after it goes live.

    What if something breaks later?

That's what the Care plan is for. We run it, fix it, and reply within one business day when something breaks. It's optional, with a three-month minimum, then month to month.

    What tools do you use?

Standard, widely used no-code tools. Nothing custom or fragile, and all of it in accounts in your name. The fine print is on the pricing terms page.

    Where are you based?

Laconia. We work in person in the Lakes Region, Concord and Manchester, and remotely anywhere in New Hampshire.
